Le fichier File:Labirintus-Borkut-1.jpg utilisé sur cet article a été proposé à la suppression sur Commons. Le motif invoqué est : « This files were initially tagged by Pallerti as Copyvios. Then I received the following request / notes from user:Pallerti. (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Pallerti#Your_deletion_request talk page) *** Copy from Talk page: *** Hi Pallerti, i have reset your delete request. Reason: All images were uploaded in 2009 to commons. They are probably used on the web pages. Examples: This pages is from 2010. For this picture and some others you have specified this source. There the pictures have a lower resolution. Best regards, Hystrix ([[User talk:Hystrix|{{int:Talkpagelinktext}}]]) 19:34, 22 June 2017 (UTC) :{{ping|Hystrix}} Hi Hystrix, you are right, indeed, after so much time it is not easy to find the real source of a photo, however the situation is more complicated: the former operator of the cave posts threatening comments on huwiki on the talk page of the article, demanding removal of copyrighted material. He claims his material is used without permission. The photos are not linked to the article any more. I do not find it confirmed that that they have been created by user:Krokip and he is allowed to publish them under free license, considering that they are of very low resolution and alsmost all of them can be found on the webpage of the former operator. In addition, since a few days it can be read on the website that in spite of the court rulings the operator of the cave (the new operator) deliberately tries to mislead the public with the aid of a few wikipedians. (Of course, we do not know of any court rulings, obviously this is plain threatening). The decision is yours, but I think these photos must be deleted due to their unclarified nature.
