English: This military map depicts the deployment and operation of the armies and army groups of the Central Powers (Germany and Austria-Hungary), and the Russian armies on the Eastern front of the First World War between February and July of 1917. In July, the then Russian Minister of War, Alexander Kerensky, launched an offensive against the Central Powers into the Austrian crown lands Galicia and Bukovina. The Kerensky offensive, also known as the July offensive, was short-lived and ended in complete disaster for the Russians. It was the last Russian offensive of the First World War.
Slovenščina: Zemljevid prikazuje razporeditev in operacije armad in armadnih skupin centralnih sil (Nemčija in Avstro-Ogrska) ter ruskih armad na vzhodni fronti prve svetovne vojne med februarjem in julijem leta 1917. V juliju je takratni ruski minister za vojno Aleksander Kerenskij sprožil ofenzivo proti centralnim silam v smeri proti avstrijskima kronovinama Galiciji in Bukovini. Ofenziva Kerenskija, znana tudi kot Julijska ofenziva, se je končala hitro in pogubno predvsem za Ruse. Bile je zadnja ruska ofenziva v prvi svetovni vojni. |
