DescriptionMOE For Zeal.jpg	English: Medal "For Zeal" of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of Russia. Established on December 10, 2010 by ministerial Order 620. Awarded to personnel of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations serving/working in management of the unified state system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations (RSHS), staff members of command and control centers and citizens of the Russian Federation, for diligence in managing government forces and RSHS, in training and providing development activities, for development of proposals for implementation of public policies aimed at prevention and emergency response, for significant contribution to the development of crisis management centers at all levels; in the effective exchange of operational information in emergency situations in Russia and abroad, for contributing to the establishment of the authority and prestige of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations at the international level. Русский: Медаль МЧС России "За усердие". Приказ МЧС РФ 6 декабря 2010 г. N 620. Медаль МЧС России "За усердие" является ведомственным знаком отличия МЧС России. Описание, рисунок и форма удостоверения к медали МЧС России "За усердие" даны в приложениях N 1 - 3 к настоящему Положению. Медалью МЧС России "За усердие" награждаются личный состав МЧС России, входящий в состав органов повседневного управления единой государственной системы предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций (далее - РСЧС), сотрудники ситуационных центров и пунктов управления органов государственной власти, а также граждане. Медалью МЧС России "За усердие" награждаются за усердие: в планировании действий органов управления и сил РСЧС, подготовке и обеспечении их деятельности, разработке предложений по реализации государственной политики в области предупреждения и ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций, значительный вклад в развитие центров управления в кризисных ситуациях всех уровней; в эффективном обмене оперативной информацией при чрезвычайных ситуациях на территории Российской Федерации и за рубежом, способствующий становлению авторитета и престижа МЧС России на международном уровне. Представление к награждению медалью МЧС России "За усердие" согласовывается с начальником федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения "Национальный центр управления в кризисных ситуациях".
