Source	立法院法律系統、中華民國《陸海空軍軍旗條例施行細則》第五條（附圖二之一）：「國防部旗，用杏黃色為地，橫直按三與二之比，中置按旗幅四分之一為三軍軍徽：內為銀色指揮刀槍交叉，直立銀色錨形，中綴國徽，左右輔銀色兩翼，外繞黃色嘉禾，上綴黃色國花。」
