The copyrights for Radio & Television News are held by Poptronix Inc. The copyright holder indicated that the copyrights of pre 1964 issues were not renewed. The search of the Renewals for Periodicals for 1975, 1976 and 1977 show no renewal entries for Radio & Television News. Ziff-Davis Publishing acquired Radio News in early 1938 and owned the magazine in 1977. Based on searches of the copyright records, Ziff-Davis Publishing did not make it a practice to renew magazine copyrights. |
