The image is photo of Sharon Amos (now deceased) that is imaged here The site states that: "Tape transcripts, summaries, some primary source documents, and all photographs on this site are free and available to the public for use by crediting: The Jonestown Institute, http://jonestown.sdsu.edu." Home Page Permitting Such Usage Note: This site now states "Tape transcripts, summaries, some primary source documents, and photographs not otherwise designated as copyrighted on this site are free and available to the public for use by crediting: The Jonestown Institute, http://jonestown.sdsu.edu. Other items require the author’s permission for re-publication." The photo here is used "Photos Courtesy of California Historical Society, MSP 3800" which can be found here by searching for "People's Temple" and/or MS 3800. It refers to a collection of 12,800 photos, and does not specifically state a license, or an author for any of these. It has a prefered citation "Cite as: Preferred citation: [Identification of item], Photographs from Peoples Temple Records, MSP 3800, California Historical Society." This link states that CHS are the legal owners of these documents, and that "CHS is not aware of any other copyrights or other rights associated with this material".
