English: NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO (Oct. 25, 2023) A Sailor throws a mooring line from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Jack H Lucas (DDG 125) as as the ship arrives at Naval Base San Diego.
