Čeština: Vlajka obce Druztová, okres Plzeň-sever. List tvoří dva svislé pruhy, zelený a žlutý. V zeleném pruhu bílá kvádrovaná věž s červenou valbovou střechou se dvěma žlutými makovicemi, prázdnou branou a oknem. Ve žlutém pruhu zelená vykořeněná lípa s hnědým kmenem.
