Neuf navires de la Royal Navy ont été baptisés HMS Grafton :
- HMS Grafton (1679) était un navire de ligne de 70 canons de troisième rang lancé en 1679, reconstruit en 1700 et capturé par les Français en 1707.
- HMS Grafton (1694) est un brûlot acheté en 1694 et vendu en 1696.
- HMS Grafton (1709) était un navire de 70 canons de troisième rang lancé en 1709, reconstruit en 1725 et démantelé en 1744.
- HMS Grafton (1750) était un vaisseau de 70 canons de troisième rang lancé en 1750 et vendu en 1767.
- HMS Grafton (1771) était un vaisseau de 74 canons de troisième rang lancé en 1771. Il a été utilisé pour le service portuaire à partir de 1792 et a été démantelé en 1816.
- HMS Grafton (1892) était un croiseur de classe Edgar lancé en 1892 et démantelé en 1920.
- HMS Grafton (H89) était un destroyer de classe G lancé en 1935 et torpillé en 1940.
- HMS Grafton devait être un destroyer. Il a été commandé en 1944 mais a été annulé en 1945.
- HMS Grafton (F51) était une frégate de classe Blackwood (Type 14) lancée en 1957 et démantelée en 1971.
- HMS Grafton (F80) était une frégate de type 23. Vendue à la marine chilienne et livrée en 2007, elle a été rebaptisée Almirante Lynch FF 07.
