L'hydroxypyruvate-réductase (HPR) est une oxydoréductase qui catalyse les réactions :

hydroxypyruvate + NADH + H+    D-glycérate + NAD+ ;
hydroxypyruvate + NADPH + H+    D-glycérate + NADP+.

Cette enzyme intervient notamment chez les plantes dans la photorespiration au sein des peroxysomes.
