Should alexa rank be added in fr.wiki pages?

As far as remember it is not the current usage. Have you a particular article in mind ?
i have seen it on pt.wiki also. So i think major websites, softwares, including dot-com companies (example instagram, amazon.com etc.) should have it.

Yes they should. The template {{Infobox Site web}} (which corresponds to the template « Infobox website » on en.wikipedia or « Info/Sítio » on pt.wikipedia) has a parameter named « alexa » to add a link to the alexa rank for the website.
