Aramine est une société française créée en 1975 par Angèle et Jacques MELKONIAN.

HISTORIQUE

1975: création de l'entreprise Continental Industrie par Angèle et Jacques MELKONIAN

1981: Partenariat avec Joy

1984: Partenariat avec Wagner pour 20 pays

1991: Atlas Copco rachète Wagner et Continental Industrie devient donc l'unique distributeur indépendant d'Atlas Copco

1994: Les enfants Geneviève, Marc et Christophe MELKONIAN rachètent l'entreprise et la tourne vers l'international. Continental Industrie devient Aramine.

Partenariat avec Getman

1997: Lancement du département de machine reconditionnée à neuf

2006: Lancement de la gamme de machine Aramine pour mine à veine étroite "Narrow Vein"

2008: Le Crédit Argicole entre au capital

2014: La BPI France et Amundi entre au capital de la société aux côtés du Crédit Agricole.

2016: Fin du partenariat avec Getman Sources

2017: Nouveau partenariat avec Normet Sources
