Christophe Mabillon is a French scuptor also know as "Cmab".

Life and work modifier

Christophe Mabillon was born near Paris in Villeparisis, France. Self-taught, he began his artistic career as a sculptor at 32 years old. Trained at marble carving in Carrara, Italy, in 2002, he specialized himself in the creation of stringed instrument (violin and electric guitar) in white and black marble.

After studied law, in 1991 he joined the French Air Force. In 2005 he obtained the army's painter title for his specific work on aeronautics and aerospace. At that time he is responsible for creating fine art for General Staff of the Air Force in a specialized unit named "CréArt" in 217th air force base located in Brétigny-sur-Orge, France. Fine arts produced integrate collections of french presidents Jacques Chirac and Nicolas Sarkozy. In 2014, he retired the Air Force and became a professional sculptor and graphic designer.
