- Develop background and "reasons why" of this music festival. For instance, if some member of the South Corean governement was active to promote it (Do Jong-hwan), then mention it and provide source. The lead section of the English article is still way better than the current draft. And the "Programmation" section seems rather premature, given the current lack of background...
- French manual of style must be taken into account: for instance, inline citations should always come before punctuation marks, not after as in English.
- Wording should be improved; but that may come at a later stage.

- I'm done with this, but I'll never use restore documents from next time. Imagine if I wrote that document without asking for restoration. Who would delete that? I used a restoration document to reduce the time that the document I wrote was deleted, but it's at the level of creating a new document.
