For Women Scotland

For Women Scotland est un collectif militant anti-trans écossais[1]. Il s'oppose aux réformes permettant la modification du sexe inscrit sur les documents juridiques par auto-déclaration (en)[2]. Le groupe s'est constitué en réaction à la position inclusive envers les personnes transgenres adoptée par des organisations féministes existantes en Écosse[3].
For Women Scotland affirme croire « qu'il n'existe que deux sexes, que le sexe d'une personne n'est pas un choix et qu'il ne peut pas être modifié »[4].
En , une longue procédure judiciaire engagée par le groupe (For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers) a conduit la Cour suprême britannique à statuer que « les termes « femme » et « sexe » dans l'Equality Act 2010 renvoient à une femme biologique et au sexe biologique »[5].
