sorry for using English. I cannot understand any French. and it is not easy to explain those Japanese text content in other language (because of lack of my ability). those IPs are Sympathizer of Japan Communist Party, and make propaganda of JCP at Japanese wikipedia. so one of account whom those IPs {{User|Akko1948}} was grobal-locked. that user beared an unjustifiable resentment. if hard to delete my talk page, I'm glad only hide all IPs' post. merci. --[[Utilisateur:Alexander Poskrebyshev|Alexander Poskrebyshev]] ([[Discussion utilisateur:Alexander Poskrebyshev|discuter]]) 11 août 2016 à 19:57 (CEST)
