Jérôme UWIRAGIYE,is a Rwanda citizen, born in Nyaruguru District Cyahinda Sector Gasharu Cell. It is in this home district he did primary education. He graduated the secondary school studies in Groupe Scolaire Sainte Bernadette/SAVE. Today he is a National University of Rwanda School of Journalism and Communication graduate with a particular focus in Communication, having worked for local Radios like Voice of Africa and Isango Star.
