Neutralité ?
modifierJe trouve que cet article est loins de respecter la neutralité de point de vue. Des phrases comme Sachant cela, que représente un dollar de plus pour un pot de yaourt biologique, sinon un moyen de favoriser une façon viable à long terme de cultiver la terre ? Un de nos seuls pouvoirs est de transformer l'économie par la consommation responsable. Nous choisissons ainsi ce qui est produit par l'humanité. Acheter, c'est voter ! sont clairement engagées et constituent une opinion politique, qui certes peut se défendre (j'aurais même tendance à être plutôt d'accord), mais qui na pas sa place ici. Wikipedia n'est pas une tribune politique ! On peut certes dire que l'emploi d'additif est controversé (par qui ? pourquoi ? etc...) mais pas présenter les choses comme ça ! Je viens de neutraliser par le vide. Deux conseils pour ceux qui désireraient reprendre l'article :
- Basez-vous sur des sources. Cela ne signifie pas seulement qu'il faut rassembler de la littérature ou lister des livres en fin d'article mais qu'il faut préciser pour la plupart des résultats d'où ils viennent, au besoin par des notes de bas de pages (avec le modèle {{N|exemple de note}}). Il serait bien également d'avoir des références récentes.
- Wikipédia n'est pas destinée à accueillir des essais. Il faut éviter de garnir l'article d'allusions vagues aux « produits naturels ». Les problèmes d'allergie doivent être traités avec soin et pas en disséminant des conseils à l'origine inconnue sur un ton enjoué. Il faudra probablement un article Allergies aux additifs alimentaires et plusieurs articles détaillés, peut-être même un article pour les additifs les plus courants.
J'ai laissé le paragraphe intitulé « Les symptômes d'intolérance » mais lui-même aurait besoin d'être repris. GL 15 novembre 2005 à 22:28 (CET)
nombres E
modifierLes nombres E sont des alias pour les additifs alimentaires et sont trouvés dans les ingrédients des produits alimentaires commerciaux (de grande distribution). Le préfixe 'E' indique que l'utilisation de l'additif est approuvée par l'Union européenne.
L'addition des additifs E-suivi d'un nombre (...) aux produits alimentaires a été un "issue of ongoing health concern" pendant des années, plusieurs sont soupconnés d'être liés à de multiples désordres y compris des allergies, maladies nerveuses, "bowel disorders", cancer, maladies corhonariennes et arthrites. Ces dernières années plusieurs problemes sont apparus, entre autre que plusieurs des ces additifs puissent être d'origine génétiquement modifié (OGM).

Dans le paragraphe sur les symptômes d'intolérance, il faudrait expliciter "GMS" dans "Ces derniers peuvent avoir le GMS comme cause" (je ne pense pas qu'on parle ici des "grandes et moyennes surfaces", mais je ne vois pas de quoi on parle). Pour répondre à la question du dessus... Il me paraît difficile de détailler la fabrication des additifs, car elle varie selon chaque molécule ; cela peut consister en une réaction chimique très simple (faire du caramel, qui est un colorant alimentaire, codé E150), ou une série de réactions chimiques plus ou moins complexes, ou une extraction d'une plante (distillation par exemple). Je ne préciserai pas plus, mes cours là-dessus sont un peu loin. Quant à savoir s'ils sont dangereux ou pas, c'est un sujet à polémique, je préfère ne pas m'étendre trop dessus. Je dirais juste que "tout est poison, rien n'est poison" (c'est de qui ça déjà ?), mais que personnellement je n'ai pas peur de ce qu'il y a dans mon assiette :-) Asheka [la vie est belle] 25 mai 2009 à 21:26 (CEST)
