Voice cast modifier

Why isn't the French voice cast reported on this page? This site, which is currently listed as the note number 6, reports the following cast:

  • 1947 version: François Joux as the narrateur and Clarence Nash as Donald
  • 1990's version: Philippe Catoire as the narrateur, Gérard Rinaldi as Dingo (Goofy) and Eric Metayer as José Carioca.

Shouldn't this info be on the page? Also, while it isn't reported in the site, José Oliveira voiced José Carioca in the 1947 version, as I saw in a youtube video. --Newblackwhite (d) 17 février 2013 à 21:23 (CET)Répondre

Only because source aren't as ascertainable for the moment. Already discuss this point by mail with Olikos, webmaster of this site. --GdGourou - Talk to °o° 17 février 2013 à 23:09 (CET)Répondre

Thank you for the answer. Still, I find odd that the page I linked is reliable enough to be cited as a source (note 6) but not reliable enough to allow us to use its content on the page. Besides, segments of the first French version are available on youtube and we don't need an expert to say that Donald and José kept their original voice actors, which voiced many foreign versions of "Salutos Amigos" and "The Three Caballeros". --Newblackwhite (d) 18 février 2013 à 18:03 (CET)Répondre

It was a compromise between us and Olikos as his research are unofficial and the data from Disney France have disappeared (burned if I remember correclty) --GdGourou - Talk to °o° 18 février 2013 à 18:06 (CET)Répondre

Well, at any rate, I am gonna write in the English wiki that Nash and Oliveira voiced the first French version; as for this page, I have no authority to decide what it should contain or not contain, but my advice is to still include those names. But that's only my opinion. Bye. --Newblackwhite (d) 18 février 2013 à 18:22 (CET)Répondre

I will perhpas contact Olikos again as the discussion dated back 4 years... thinks could have changed... --GdGourou - Talk to °o° 18 février 2013 à 22:59 (CET)Répondre

Thank you. Anyway, what do the policies of the French wiki say about voice actors? Do you always need a source to list them, or can you do it even without written sources if you identify them without a doubt? --Newblackwhite (d) 18 février 2013 à 23:47 (CET)Répondre
