Biography

modifier
Exhibition "Afrique en Parfums" at the Museum Dapper in Paris, France, in 2005

Born in France 1969, she first lived in Belgium, then in Tunisia and Morocco, where her parents where teachers. She moved to France, in Paris in 1981.

Her work is about senses and sensations, what is beauty, what is reality, what is movement [1].

Her main medium is photography, but she also uses around them drawings, writings[2], films[3]. She also ask others artists to create around her visual work creations for other senses, to finalise a synesthesic artwork. For instance, she asked "noses" working in fine perfumery to create perfumes inspired by her photographies [4] or sounds [5]. In some of her works, the photography moves into installations as in the work "plus ou moins l'infini"; for "Icônes", printed on diverses materials, modified, teared, damaged, the picture moves into painting, sculpture, toy.

Her work was bought by oublic insititutions ans private persons, in Belgium, Spain, France, Japan, Morocco, Sénégal, USA.

She is the artist of Bureau des Objets Emotifs for the 2013 collection [6].

She is a member of the humanist Rapho agency since 2008.

her sensitive pictures are also regularly used by Luxury brands [7].

She lives and works in Paris, France
