Linda Groff

Linda Groff is an american futurist. She has an M.A, M.A.L.D and Ph.D in International Relations from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. She has been a teacher since 1973 at the university of California state. She teaches Political Science and Future Ftudies. She is not only a teacher she is also a member of World Future Society and of the editorial comity of Journal of futures Studies. Furthermore, she is the director of Global Options and Evolutionary Futures Consulting. Thus, she manages four professional activities, consulting, writing, teaching and giving talks/workshops.

Career

Throughout her career, she wrote several articles, books and she gave talks/workshop around the world. She received an Award in 2016, "The international Planatory award" for her studies and her books.n

Linda Groff works on plenty of fields. The four main topics are:

- Intercultural/Interfaith dialogue

- Peace/Conflict resolution

- Spiritual/Consciousness

- Global futures evolution

Regarding these issues, she wrote more than 70 articles and she is currently writing some books regarding the previous topics..

For this research she joined, in 2016, the distinguished registry of executives, professionals and entrepreneurs of Worldwilde Branding. Then, she was elected as a prominent and successful female leader.

Publication

In 1996, she co-wrote with Paul Smoker an article Creating Global-Local Cultures of Peace .

Contribution in Futurist field:

Thanks to her research she helps to understand the link between humanity issues and global evolution. According to her we need to be careful about the way we will evolve in the future. It is important to use peace, collaborative works in order to solve the big issues of our time.
