modifierI uploaded a high-quality image of me in order to prove that I am the author. At the beginning I had trouble sorting out the license issue, which caused a hitch. After consulting with Wikipedia administrators, I sorted out everything and proved my authorship by downloading the original image. Also, I think it is a more appropriate picture for this article, because your photo leaves a lot to be desired, in terms of both quality and composition. I hope you agree and we will not have any disagreement over the photos for this article, unless you are acting in someone elses interests Let me remind you that every participant in the Wikipedia is entitled to make their own contribution, based on the principle of neutral points of view. Best regards, timir01
- I agree the picture you uploaded is far better but that's not my point! The problem is that you didn't bring any proof (yet) that you're really the author (I can't see how you proved it). I also don't see any reason to see such comments about neutrality (what's the link with this picture?). Anyway, you have to understand that we will accept this picture on the article ONLY when the status of the picture will be clarified on Commons (which is not the case yet). Until that moment, stop adding the picture again and again. I hope you understand the situation. --TwøWiñgš Boit d'bout 20 février 2010 à 19:28 (CET)
- The fact that I uploaded the original image in a large capacity, I bring you in as one of the arguments on the Board of Administrators. This factor, I think more than a sufficient proof. I agree that the time needed for verification of authorship, etc. But I think that at this moment for this article, this picture is the most urgent. Of course, I appreciate your contribution and desire to make the article better. But at the moment is striking is your unwillingness to accept the picture, while other users have absolutely nothing against this photo. As compromise I suggest to leave my picture in the article, because she really better as long as people will make sure of my authorship. I think we could understand each other. Best regards, timir01
- You clearly don't know enough about Wikipedia rules. You can't do what you want! We CANNOT accept to show a picture for which we don't have enough proofs of authorization and authorship yet. This is just the rules of WP. This has nothing to do with my personal likeness of the picture: I actually do think the picture you want to add is far better and I have nothing against it. The problem is different: it's just a question of authorization. If you really want to contribute to WP, you have to follow appropriate procedures. You seem to be new on WP so please just learn how this site works, be patient if you're really the author and don't try to impose your own rules. The article has existed without your picture for a long time, it can wait a bit more, it won't make it worse to have my picture for the moment! Another thing: you CANNOT put words into my mouth: I have no unwillingness to accept your picture as you accuse me to do, and there is no problem of absence of neutrality either. So please just be correct and stop accusing me of things I don't do nor think. By the way, you say you contacted the admins: could you tell me who you contacted and by which mean? --TwøWiñgš Boit d'bout 21 février 2010 à 15:48 (CET)

- TwoWings opened a discussion in Commons about the question wether or not the picture should be deleted: see Commons:Deletion requests/File:Gulnara Karimova.jpg.
- Could you go there for that discussion?
- You might for instance indicate us why you initially mentionned the website of the lady as the source for the pic. — Le message qui précède, non signé, a été déposé par Asavaa (discuter), le 21 février 2010
