Nebet (vizir)
vizir
Nebet (« la Dame ») est nommée vizir vers 2320 av. J.-C. par le roi Pépi Ier de la VIe dynastie[1], qui était son gendre (et peut-être son neveu)[2]. Elle est la première femme vizir recensée dans l'histoire de l'Égypte antique ; la suivante le fut sous la XXVIe dynastie[3].

Elle est l'épouse du noble Khoui, qui est surveillant de la Cité des Pyramides et gouverneur d'Abydos[4].
Ses filles, les reines Ânkhésenpépi Ire et Ânkhésenpépi II, furent respectivement les mères des rois Mérenrê Ier et Pépi II.
Son fils Djaou, qui avait un tombeau à Abydos, devient vizir de ses neveux[1]. Elle est mentionnée dans son tombeau.
